Burger Bar - Las Vegas

We decided to try the Burger Bar for dinner in the evening. It is located in the walkway between Luxor and Mandalay Bay so it was convenient to go to from our hotel room. It is a popular place - we had to wait 30 minutes before they could seat us.

Burgers of all kinds are featured here (of course). Not just different toppings, but burgers made with different kinds of beef, lamb, turkey, and vegetarian options. Rick opted for a more healthy chicken sandwich and an order of sweet potato fries. The fries were really crispy and soooo good!

I got a plate of three mini sliders. One was a buffalo burger and the other two were different kinds of beef. Each had a different topping - cheddar cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions. They were just the right size to give me a good taste of each, and I still had room leftover for desert! They were served with their skinny fries which were good, but not as good as the sweet potato fries which I kept snitching!

I had seen the desert that I wanted on Food TV awhile ago when I saw Giada visit this restaurant. They have a chocolate burger! The bun is a doughnut, the burger is made of chocolate ganache, the cheese is a passionfruit jelly slice, the tomato is strawberries, the lettuce is mint, and a drizzle of raspberry sauce is like catsup. So cute and clever and tasty!

So the Burger Bar is a fun place to visit in Vegas for a casual meal.
